“Next day” deliveries from Friday to Monday across South Eastern Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula area.

Please order by 6pm for next-day delivery. The earlier, the better would be greatly appreciated

If you are outside the listed delivery area, please contact me to see if something can be arranged.

If no one is available to receive the flowers, I’ll place them in a safe, sheltered spot and let the recipient know where to find them (if it’s not immediately clear). To assist me, please ensure you’ve provided both your contact number and the recipient’s.

If a secure location isn’t available, I’ll contact you to arrange delivery to an alternative address or to reschedule for the next day. Additional charges may apply.

If you have any special instructions, such as gate codes or apartment access details, kindly leave them in the provided section.

I will handpick the best seasonal flowers on the day to create a stunning, one-of-a-kind arrangement. Colours and flower varieties will vary depending on what's in season.  

The photos shown in each section are an example, and your arrangement will feature seasonal blooms with similar colours, textures, and vibrancy, using only the finest stems of the season. Depending on the season, it may not be possible to recreate the exact arrangement from the photo. 

Returns and Replacements

Hanamizuki Flower Design operates according to the ACCC consumer laws and guidelines.

I will handmake and personally deliver your arrangement, so it is extremely unlikely that you will receive a product that is not perfect. However, if something unforeseen has occurred, please contact me via email or phone within 24 hours of the delivery so that I can help rectify the problem. If possible, please take a photo of the arrangement to help illustrate the issue.

It is natural for different varieties of flowers to have different lifespans. Therefore, some of the flowers in your arrangement may last longer than others. Check out the care page for information on how to get the most out of your arrangement.
